Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 27, 2017. Motion by the appellant to substitute Lawrence Nacht, as personal representative of the estate of Pearl Nacht, for the deceased respondent, Pearl Nacht, to amend the caption accordingly, and to recalendar the appeal for oral argument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Lawrence Nacht, as personal representative of the estate of Pearl Nacht, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Pearl Nacht, the caption is amended accordingly, and the appeal will be recalendared for oral argument; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 15, 2021, the respondent, Lawrence Nacht, as personal representative of the estate of Pearl Nacht, shall retain counsel and advise this Court, in writing, of counsel's appearance or the brief previously filed by Pearl Nacht pro se will be stricken.
