Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 12, 2015, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 11, 2018. By opinion dated February 18, 2021, as amended by order dated May 27, 2021, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court and remitted the matter to this Court for further proceedings. Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
