Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 3, 2021. Motion by Michael Bleier for leave to appeal from the order and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
