DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2019-1228 S CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Steven D. Navon, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an order: 1) extending the time within which appellant must move to restore the matter to the appeals calendar; 2) continuing the stay pending appeal; and 3) requiring the People to provide appellant with the date of appellant's arraignment, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered June 10, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an order requiring the People to provide appellant with the date of appellant's arraignment is granted and the People shall provide such information to appellant within 10 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further

ORDERED that those branches of the motion seeking an extension of time within which to restore the matter to the appeals calendar and continue the stay pending appeal are granted on condition that appellant successfully moves to restore the matter to the calendar on or before September 27, 2021.
