Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2020. By order to show cause dated July 12, 2021, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order dated June 30, 2020, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
