DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 19, 2021, and two judgments of the same court dated March 26, 2021, and March 29, 2021, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 28, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals by Evelyn Turner on the ground that the attorney who filed the notice of appeal on behalf of Evelyn Turner lacked authority to act on her behalf.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals by Evelyn Turner is granted and those appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Lewis v Kessler, 12 AD3d 421, 422); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant Raynor Skyers's time to perfect his appeals is extended, and on or before September 24, 2021, Raynor Skyers shall serve and file the record or appendix and his brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
