Motion to compel production of Logan CC. and for extension of time to file brief of attorney for Logan CC.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to compel production of the child, Logan CC., is granted, without costs, and respondent Frank CC. is directed to produce Logan CC. at the Washington County Courthouse, 383 Broadway, Fort Edward, New York on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 11 a.m., to meet with the attorney for the child, or arrange with the attorney for the child, by Wednesday, August 25, 2021, a suitable alternative time and date for such meeting and produce the child at that time, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the brief of the attorney for Logan CC. is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to two weeks from the date of the aforesaid meeting. It is further

ORDERED that the appeal is set down for the November 2021 term of this Court.
