Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 18, 2021, and an order to show cause of the same court dated July 16, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order to show cause and to enjoin the respondent or anyone acting on its behalf from accessing her apartment for purposes of performing certain plumbing work.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order to show cause is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order to show cause is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
