Motion by Joseph Ajala for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated August 27, 2020, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of the City of Mount Vernon, Westchester County, entered March 16, 2018.
