| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Sara Frankel Kokkinidis, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 3, 2012, under the name Sara Elizabeth Frankel, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Sara E. Frankel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Sara Frankel Kokkinidis to Sara E. Frankel, effective immediately.
