Appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2019. By order to show cause dated July 7, 2021, the parties to the appeal and cross appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the cross appeal by Kenneth Reynolds for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2021.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the cross appeal by Kenneth Reynolds is granted, the cross appeal by Kenneth Reynolds is dismissed, and on or before October 8, 2021, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the joint record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court that contain a caption denominating Kenneth Reynolds as a respondent and not as a respondent-appellant, and shall upload digital replacement copies of the joint record and briefs that contain the corrected covers.
