| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 11, 2019. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2021, which denied her motion to dismiss the appeal on condition that the appellant serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material on or before a date certain. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, and on or before October 1, 2021, the appellant serve and file a second supplemental record which contains the respondent's notice of motion dated March 25, 2019, the respondent's affidavit dated March 11, 2019, filed in support of her motion to dismiss which was determined by the order dated June 11, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
