DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Nicolas Marinho from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated August 31, 2020. Motion by the attorney for the children to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 4, 2021, the attorney for the children shall serve and file the brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
