Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the provision of the order of Family Court dated August 9, 2021 granting sole legal custody to respondent is stayed and the parties shall share joint legal custody as provided in the March 16, 2020 order of custody and visitation pending determination of the appeal.
