Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 6, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay the respondent from selling, conveying, or otherwise transferring the subject premises to another person or entity other than the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent is stayed from selling, conveying, or otherwise transferring the subject premises, located at 723 Bristol Street a/k/a 9829 Ditmas Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, to another person or entity other than the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
