Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2021, and February 3, 2021, respectively, and two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 18, 2021, and May 26, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellant pro se to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to the proceedings of the Family Court, Queens County, which occurred on April 21, 2021, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a reconstruction hearing with respect to the proceedings of the Family Court, Queens County, which occurred on April 21, 2021, is granted and the matter is referred to the Family Court, Queens County, for a reconstruction hearing concerning those proceedings; if the minutes cannot be reconstructed the Family Court shall issue a report to this Court with all convenient speed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied, with leave to renew within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation, including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses.
