DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 9, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, to direct the respondent to bring the subject child to certain of the child's hockey games, or to allow the appellant to assist in bringing the child to away hockey games if the respondent is unavailable to bring the child to such games, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to enlarge the record to include certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to allow the appellant to assist in bringing the child to away hockey games if the respondent is unavailable to bring the child to such games, pending hearing and determination of the appeal is granted; otherwise, the order dated November 9, 2020, remains in effect; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
