Motion by Paul White for leave to reargue his prior motion to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 30, 2015, with a purported appeal from an order of the same court dated July 23, 2020, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 14, 2021, or, in effect, to enlarge the record on the appeal from the judgment to include certain material. Leave to appeal from the order dated July 23, 2020, was denied by decision and order on application of this Court also dated April 14, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
