Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 12, 2021. Motion by Restaurant Law Center, New York State Restaurant Association, and New York City Hospitality Alliance for leave to file an amici curiae brief. Separate motion by Angelo I. Amador, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent Restaurant Law Center, New York State Restaurant Association, and New York City Hospitality Alliance on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to file an amici curiae brief and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to admit Angelo I. Amador pro hac vice and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to file an amici curiae brief is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief shall be served and filed via NYSCEF on or before October 6, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after the service upon them of the amici curiae brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion which is to admit Angelo I. Amador pro hac vice is granted.
