DeJoseph on July 29, 2021, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered July 12, 2021, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to enforce the order entered July 12, 2021, are hereby stayed pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before October 12, 2021.
