An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered August 20, 2019, and the Attorney for the Children having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief, for an order adjourning the appeal, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted to the extent that the time is extended to October, 1, 2021, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn the appeal is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant file the Supplemental Record on Appeal, which may be certified in any manner authorized by 22 NYCRR 1000.7 (b), together with proof of service, on or before September 22, 2021.
