DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Eric W. C. from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 15, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to be discharged from civil management pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law article 10, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right (see Mental Hygiene Law § 10.13), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
