DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 25, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 14, 2021. Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that the respondent does not have standing to seek reargument of the appeal as it did not file a brief on the appeal.
