DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2018-2264 N C
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Marie M. Kinkela, Appellant.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Third District, entered July 27, 2018, is stricken from this court's appeals calendar and general calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected in that the full transcript of the hearing has not been made part of the record on appeal.

The transcripts for June 22, 2018 and July 13, 2018 have been made part of the record on appeal. It appears that the hearing continued and concluded on July 20, 2018, and this court has not been provided with a transcript of the proceedings from that date.
