Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 13, 2019, and an order and order and judgment (one paper) of the same court both dated February 11, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and judgment and the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order and judgment and the sale of the subject premises, located at 146 Summit Street, Brooklyn, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
