Motion by Desiveno B. Gause pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 25, 2018, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making an application for a writ of error coram nobis.
