Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as Michael Steinberg, Esq., seeks to be relieved as counsel on these appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the appeals are hereby dismissed (see Matter of Enna D., 30 AD3d 518 [2d Dept 2006]).
