Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to supplement the record, it is

ORDERED that the motion to supplement the record on appeal is granted to the extent that the People shall, on or before October 4, 2021, file and serve a supplemental record on appeal which shall contain the following documents: Defendant's CPL 440.20 motion dated May 18, 2018, the People's papers in response thereto and the decision and order of County Court dated July 31, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file respondent's brief is granted, and the time is extended to October 4, 2021.
