| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 10, 2021. Motion by the petitioner-appellant to direct that the subject child be removed from the care and custody of the respondent-respondent and released to the care and custody of the subject child's maternal grandmother and to direct that the respondent-respondent stay away from the subject child, except for supervised visitation.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
