DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION t.

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 26, 2019. Motion by the nonparty-respondents pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
