| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Lawrence Watson pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated July 6, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of Lawrence Watson to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated July 6, 2021, is extended until October 29, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time is permitted (see CPL 460.30[1]).
