Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that, pending determination of the appeal, the child Estella XX. shall be permitted to remain in the State of New York, and it is further
ORDERED that Alecia XX. is permitted to enroll the child Estella XX. in school in the State of New York for the 2021-2022 school year.
