DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Application, pursuant to CPL 460.50, for order staying execution of judgment of County Court, St. Lawrence County, rendered September 14, 2021, pending appeal and for release on recognizance or bail.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is


ORDERED that the application is granted, and bail is set at $25,000 cash or $75,000 insurance company bail bond, and it is further

ORDERED that defendant shall notify this Court within 24 hours in the event he is charged with violating any provision of the Penal Law or the Vehicle and Traffic Law, and it is further

ORDERED that defendant shall reside at 108 Church Street, Dickinson Center, NY 12930 during the pendency of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that defendant shall remain within the State of New York at all times during the pendency of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that defendant shall surrender any passport possessed by him to the Clerk of the Court, and is further

ORDERED that defendant shall abide by the order of protection issued by County Court, dated September 14, 2021, which remains in effect and is not stayed by this order.
