Motion for release of grand jury minutes, for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of order releasing defendant on his own recognizance.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for the release of grand jury minutes is granted, to the extent that the Warren County District Attorney is directed to release a copy of the grand jury minutes to Karl J. Sleight, Esq., which shall not otherwise be reproduced or provided to anyone else including defendant, and it is further

ORDERED that the operation of the order dated December 21, 2020, granting a stay of the execution of the judgment and release on recognizance, is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected on or before November 30, 2021.
