ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Office of the District Attorney of St.
Lawrence County is directed to release to Kelly L. Egan, Esq. a copy of the grand jury minutes in this matter, which shall not be otherwise copied, reproduced or provided to anyone else, including defendant, and it is further
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time is extended to November 29, 2021.
