DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 30, 2021, and an order of the same court dated June 14, 2021. Motion by assigned counsel to withdraw the appeal from the purported order dated June 30, 2021, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05445, and to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2021, and for the assignment of new counsel with respect to that appeal. The following named attorney was assigned to represent the appellant by the Supreme Court, Queens County:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw the appeal from the purported order dated June 30, 2021, under Docket No. 2021-05445 is granted, and that appeal is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2021, and for the assignment of new counsel with respect to that appeal is granted, and the former assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2021:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County.
