DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 14, 2018. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on September 24, 2021, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
