| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 11, 2019. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal, to amend the caption to delete Sylvia Zulli, and to waive the requirement that he file an electronic copy of the record or appendix and brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until November 3, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirement that he file an electronic copy of the record or appendix and brief is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
