Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 14, 2019. Motion by Gregory R. Preston, as administrator of the estate of Elsa Rodriguez Preston, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Elsa Preston, also known as Elsa Rodriguez Preston, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Gregory R. Preston, as administrator of the estate of Elsa Rodriguez Preston, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Elsa Preston, also known as Elsa Rodriguez Preston, and the caption is amended accordingly.
