Motion by Miriam P. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 30, 2021, and to permit her to have certain visitation with the subject child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
