Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 27, 2018. Motion by the appellant for this Court, inter alia, to take judicial notice of a decision and order of this Court, dated February 9, 2020, and an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 7, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to take judicial notice is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
