DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Lovette H. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the appellant is also appealing from an order of the same court dated April 27, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the appellant is also appealing from an order of the same court dated April 27, 2021, is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal from the order dated April 26, 2021, is also assigned to prosecute the appeal from the order dated April 27, 2021, the time to serve and file the appellant's brief is extended, and on or before November 15, 2021, the appellant shall serve the appellant's brief and upload a digital copy of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
