ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 29, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 19, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the words "plea of guilty" and substituting therefor the words "following a trial."
