DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 22, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order to the extent it sets a purge amount greater than $150,000.00 and to direct the plaintiff to return to the defendant any sums paid to her in excess of $150,000.00, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
