DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 25, 2021, and March 10, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the appendix and to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Separate application to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion and the application which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals are granted, and on or before December 17, 2021, the appellants shall serve and file the appendix and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the appendix and the appellants' brief and upload digital copies of the appendix and the appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
