Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered October 27, 2020, and October 28, 2020, and respondent-respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel, for an extension of time to file and serve a brief, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., 3840 East Robinson Road, Suite 318, Amherst, New York 14228-2001, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted and the time is extended to October 7, 2021, and
It is further ORDERED that the time for appellant to file and
serve a reply brief is extended to October 18, 2021, and
