O'Hanlon, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on July 13, 2021, assigning Thomas E. Farrell, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Thomas E. Farrell, Esq., dated September 16, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Donald E. Kelly, Esq., 2717 Bellevue Avenue, Suite 6, Syracuse, New York 13219-3233, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered January 28, 2020, in place and stead of Thomas E. Farrell, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Wayne County Family Court Clerk provide Donald E. Kelly, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 3, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
