Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mark Funk, Esq., dated September 28, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Sujata Ramaiah, Esq., 110 North Main Street, Suite 315, Horseheads, New York 14845, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered April 28, 2021, in place and stead of Mark Funk, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Sujata Ramaiah, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
