Appeal by 119 Lathrop Avenue, LLC, from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2017, was issued in the above-entitled action, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before November 16, 2021; if the appellant be so advised, the appellant may make a motion, by uploading a digital copy of the motion, with proof of service thereof through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before November 16, 2021, for any relief deemed appropriate; and it is further,
