DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 20, 2020. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental appendix is granted and on or before November 22, 2021, the appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental appendix containing the appellants' bill of particulars, deposition transcripts of Derek Hankison, Maria Ferreira, and Christine Goirdanella, the appellants' CPLR 3101(d) expert witness disclosures dated January 17, 2020, reply affirmation of Ronni M. Grill dated June 23, 2020, reply affirmation of Maribeth Slevin dated June 23, 2020, and the hospital records from Huntington Hospital, Cold Spring Hills, Park Avenue Extended Care, Martin Memorial Hospital, MediCenter, Scott Gross, M.D., Cohen Bergma & Klepper, M.D., PC, and Floating Hospital; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted and on or before December 22, 2021, the respondents shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a digital copy of the respondents' brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
